Privacy and Cookie Policy
Effective date: August 19, 2026 · Breedtech LLC d/b/a RAW Roots
1. Scope
This Privacy and Cookie Policy explains how Breedtech LLC d/b/a RAW Roots collects, uses, discloses, retains and protects personal information when you use the Site, join a waitlist, place an order, contact support or otherwise interact with us.
2. Information We Collect
We collect identifiers and contact information such as name, email, telephone number, shipping and billing address, account details, age confirmation, support content, photographs, reviews and information you choose to submit.
We collect order information such as Products, SKU, quantity, price, promotion, tax, shipping, fulfillment status, tracking, returns, refunds and related communications.
Our payment processor receives information needed to authorize and process payment. We may receive a token, card brand, last digits, billing address, result and anti-fraud signals. We do not store a complete payment-card number or security code.
We collect technical information such as IP address, date and time, browser, operating system, device, pages visited, referring URL, session identifiers, security events and hosting or CDN logs. Cookies or local storage may support sessions, carts, the age gate, preferences, security and core functionality.
3. Sources
We collect information directly from you, automatically from your device, and from payment, hosting/CDN, email, fulfillment, carrier, fraud-prevention, support and other service providers used to operate an order or comply with law.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to operate the Site; manage the age gate, account, cart and drops; process payments and orders; send confirmations and tracking; provide returns and support; prevent fraud and abuse; maintain security; satisfy accounting, tax, regulatory and legal obligations; establish or defend claims; and improve the experience.
We send promotional waitlist or drop communications when permitted. You may unsubscribe at any time. Necessary transactional messages about an order or account may continue after marketing opt-out.
5. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information to providers of hosting/CDN, payment, fraud prevention, email, support, fulfillment, shipping, authorized analytics, security, accounting and professional advice; to USPS or other carriers; when required by law or an authority; to protect rights and safety; or in a financing, merger, reorganization or sale with appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal information for money. As of the effective date, we do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If a future practice constitutes a sale, sharing or targeted advertising under applicable law, we will provide the required notice and opt-out mechanism before or when implementing it.
6. Cookies and Controls
Strictly necessary technologies may support sessions, security, the cart, age gate, load balancing and fraud prevention. You may delete cookies through your browser, although some Site functions may stop working.
We honor Global Privacy Control as an opt-out request where applicable law requires it. If a cookie banner is shown, it controls the nonessential technologies described in that banner and does not prevent technologies necessary to provide the Site you requested.
7. Retention
We retain each category for the period reasonably necessary for the described purpose and legal obligations. As an operating guideline, order, tax and accounting records may be retained for up to seven years; waitlist information until opt-out, while keeping the minimum record needed to honor it; support and claim records during the matter and a reasonable period afterward; and security logs according to risk and backup cycles.
We may retain information needed for fraud, chargebacks, litigation, compliance, legal rights or an authority's instruction. We delete, anonymize or restrict information when it is no longer needed.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your state and whether its law applies, you may request access or knowledge, correction, deletion, portability, opt-out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising, limitation of certain sensitive-information uses, and appeal of a denial. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a right.
Email info@growrawroots.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We will verify identity proportionately and respond within the applicable period. An authorized agent must demonstrate authority where permitted. If we deny a request, we will explain the reason and available appeal process.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections, limited access, provider management and monitoring. No system is completely secure. We will provide incident notice when required by applicable law.
10. Persons Under 21
The Site is not directed to persons under 21. We do not knowingly collect information from minors to sell them Products. If you believe we received a minor's information inconsistently with this Policy, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
11. Third-Party Services
The Site may link to third-party services governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for an external service we do not control.
12. Changes
We may update this Policy for technical, business or legal changes. We will post a new effective date and provide additional notice when a material change requires it.
